Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of zero discharge and utilization of high salinity wastewater,three technical solutions are proposed,including nanofiltration+multi-effect evaporation process,nanofiltration+mechanical vapor recompression (MVR)+crystallizer process,and nanofiltration+MVR/multi-effect evaporation process.It is indicated by industrial verification results that the purities of sodium chloride and sodium sulfate obtained by the nanofiltration+multi-effect evaporation process exceed 95%,and the produced reuse water can be used directly as circulating water or process water.This process runs stably,and has the advantages such as large operating flexibility,low energy consumption,low investment,and small land occupancy.Suggestions on the methods to improve the quality of the crystallized salt products,the choice on the machinery and piping materials are also presented,which can provide a reference for the professional technical personnel in the high salinity wastewater treatment field.
