Abstract: Latest research progress on the cross-linking methods for silk fibroin ink materials in 3D bio-printing are introduced, including physical cross-linking,chemical cross-linking,enzymatic cross-linking,and photo-cross-linking.Effects of various cross-linking methods on the printability and biocompatibility of bio-inks materials are also discussed, and the development prospects of silk fibroin-based bio-inks materials for 3D printing are given.
