Abstract: Based on the change of reaction temperature in a 600,000 T/a methanol to olefin unit,the relationships between reaction mechanism,catalyst performance and reaction temperature change are studied,the effects of reaction temperature change in a narrow range on catalyst carbon determination,coke yield rate,ethylene to propylene production ratio,low-carbon olefin selectivity and by-product yield are studied,and the relationship between reaction temperature and product economy is also analyzed.It is shown that the selectivity of ethylene and propylene can be adjusted slightly according to the demand by adjusting the reaction temperature and thus the ethylene-propylene production ratio can be adjusted upon demand.At the same time,the laboratory test results are consistent with the same change law of industrial device.
