Abstract: The technology for production of propylene oxide through gas phase direct epoxidation of propylene,with advantages such as environmental friendliness,high selectivity,and simple,is gradually becoming a highlight in the academic community.By having screened out 87 key patents,this paper delivers a macro analysis on global patent layout and innovation situation about the technology for production of propylene oxide through gas phase direct epoxidation of propylene.It also dissects the patent application trends and patent application areas by China,Germany,the United States,Japan and other key patentees.From the perspective of patents,this paper analyzes the technical effects and innovation paths from three technical dimensions including catalyst,process and equipment.
