Research progress on recycling spent SCR denitrification catalyst

Abstract: The recovery of rare metals from spent SCR denitration catalyst has to undergo the leaching and separation stages.Global technical progress in these stages is introduced and related methods are summarized and predicted.In the recycling of spent SCR denitration catalysts,the existing problems such as long rare metals recovery process,low yielding rate of metals and poor product purity are expected to be solved by a high-pressure alkaline leaching-centrifugal filtration-ion exchange process route,which has a high industrialization prospect.
