树脂D001×7绿色催化Biginelli反应一锅合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮类化合物的研究

摘要 比较了D001×7树脂和几种常见的催化剂催化Biginelli反应的效果,优化了D001×7树脂催化Biginelli反应的条件。结果表明,以D001×7树脂为催化剂、乙醇作溶剂,在催化剂的用量为0.02 g/(1 mmoL醛)、80℃条件下回流反应2 h,产率高达92.8%。催化剂反复使用4次,产率仍达到83.6%。通过优化反应条件合成了一系列的3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮类衍生物,产物均经1H-NMR与IR进行了表征和熔点的确认。

Abstract: Effects of Biginelli reaction over D001×7 resin and several common catalysts are compared.The conditions of Biginelli reaction catalyzed by D001×7 resin are optimized.It is shown that the yield is as high as 92.8% when D001×7 resin is used as catalyst,ethanol is used as solvent,the adding amount of catalyst is 0.02 g/(1 mmoL aldehyde) and reaction lasts for 2 h with reflux at 80℃.The yield can still maintain at 83.6% after the catalyst is used repeatedly for 4 times.Through optimizing reaction conditions,a series of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones derivatives are synthesized,and all products are characterized and confirmed by melting point,1HNMR and IR.
