Research on key technologies and innovation paths in graphene field

Abstract: Graphene has a very broad potential application prospect in many fields and is considered as a new material to subvert the future.Therefore,it is very important in the process of industry cultivation and development to analyze the differences between different technologies in this field,identify key technologies and explore their innovation diffusion paths.Based on the k-route path analysis method,taking the U.S.patent data concerning about graphene field in incoPat patent database as samples,this paper identifies the key technologies in this field,and reveals the path of innovation diffusion in their development process.
