Abstract: The preparation methods for nano-scale ZSM-5 molecular sieve are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of nano-scale ZSM-5 molecular sieve are analyzed.It is pointed out that the keys to develop excellent ZSM-5 molecular sieve for methanol to propylene (MTP) include controlling nano-scale of the molecular sieve on one dimension,reducing defect sites,controlling Al distribution in order to reduce the external surface acidic sites and adjusting ZSM-5 molecular sieve by considering various factors,and then the ZSM-5 molecular sieve with excellent catalytic performance in MTP reaction can be obtained.
