Abstract: A separation process is established based on characteristics of ester-alcohol mixture from pharmaceutical waste liquid, and the parameters (T0101) of the separation process are optimized by the response surface methodology. The number of theoretical plate, the feeding position, the solvent feeding position, the reflux ratio, and the solvent ratio are selected as variables, and the mass fraction of the recovered ester as response value,a second-order regression model is designed and established by means of Box-Benhnken central combination and the response surface optimization analysis is carried out.The results show that the response value is 99.55% under the optimal process parameters, which has a 0.29% deviation from the model prediction value, indicating that the regression model is reliable and effective. The significance test results show that the order of influencing response value is solvent ratio > solvent feed position> raw material feed position > reflux ratio > theoretical plate number.
