亲水改性聚丙烯分离膜应用性能研究

摘要 采用经过共混改性和嵌入-包埋改性2种亲水改性方法处理的聚丙烯(PP)分离膜进行性能研究。共混改性和嵌入包埋二次改性PP中空纤维膜在废水处理中均能稳定运行。研究表明,经过2种不同方法改性的PP中空纤维膜在-40 kPa下稳定运行通量分别为11.2、17.3 L/(m2 ·h)。

Abstract: The performances of polypropylene (PP) separation membranes modified by blending and embedment-entrapment methods respectively are studied.Both these two kinds of membranes can run steady in wastewater treatment.The study indicates that the stable operation fluxes of PP hollow fiber membranes modified by two different ways are 11.2 L/(m2 ·h) and 17.3 L/(m2 ·h) separately under a pressure of -40 kPa.
