千吨级模块化柔性绿氨合成装置的系统集成研究
Research on system integration of 1 000-ton modular flexible green ammonia synthesis facility
依托“年产千吨级模块化绿氨示范项目”,聚焦年产千吨级模块化绿色合成氨系统,构建以可再生能源为核心的端到端制氢-合成氨工艺链,集成热回收、过程控制与公用工程,形成完整的柔性架构。柔性设计可随绿电波动宽负荷运行:富电时,风电光伏驱动电解水制氢,部分供合成氨,部分储存;制氮同步运行,与氢反应产氨;储电模块将余电留存。绿电中断时,制氢停机,储电继续驱动制氮与合成氨工段低负荷运转,降低储氢储能容量需求。标准化撬装预制缩短建设周期,控制成本。验证结果表明,该柔性生产方式有效提升了系统效率与经济性,显著降低了碳排放,为合成氨工业的绿色转型提供了可行的技术路径与实践参考。
Based on the “Thousand-Ton-Per-Year Modular Green Ammonia Demonstration Project,”this study focuses on the 1 000-ton-scale modular green ammonia synthesis system,and constructs a renewable-energy-centric,end-to-end green ammonia process chain,integrating heat recovery,process control,and utilities to form a complete flexible architecture.The flexible design enables load-following operation adapting to green power fluctuations:when electricity is abundant,wind and photovoltaic sources drive water electrolysis for hydrogen production—partially supplied to ammonia synthesis and partially stored;nitrogen generation operates simultaneously to react with hydrogen for ammonia production;and the power storage module stores surplus electricity.During green power interruptions,hydrogen production shuts down while stored electricity continues to drive nitrogen generation and ammonia synthesis sections at reduced load,thereby lowering hydrogen storage and energy storage capacity requirements.Standardized skid-mounted prefabrication shortens construction cycles and controls costs.The validation demonstrates that this flexible production mode effectively enhances system efficiency and economics while significantly reducing carbon emissions,providing a viable technical pathway and practical reference for the green transformation of the ammonia synthesis industry.
