基于温度与原料调控的三级冷凝热解液抑菌性能探究
Bacteriostatic performance investigation of three-stage condensation pyrolysis liquids based on temperature and raw material regulation
To further investigate the bacteriostatic performance of three-stage condensation pyrolysis liquids,this study prepared pyrolysis liquids under different pyrolysis temperatures and raw materials using three-stage condensation,examining its impact on pyrolysis liquid composition and exploring the relationship between main components and bacteriostatic performance.Results showed that:compared to conventional condensation,three-stage condensation reduced phenolic compound content in pyrolysis liquids by over 74.30%.Pyrolysis liquid derived from cotton stalk at 500℃ exhibited stronger antibacterial effects than conventional condensation;among cotton stalk-derived pyrolysis liquids,the optimal antibacterial and antifungal (against fungus F) effects were achieved at 400℃;among various raw materials pyrolyzed at 500℃,walnut shell-derived pyrolysis liquid demonstrated the best antibacterial and antifungal performance.The bacteriostatic performance of pyrolysis liquids is influenced by both microbial species and pyrolysis liquid composition.Pyrolysis temperature,biomass raw materials,and condensation methods significantly affect the component content and bacteriostatic performance of pyrolysis liquids.
