硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)处理磷石膏的性能及反应条件优化研究

硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)处理磷石膏的性能及反应条件优化研究
Study on the performance and reaction condition optimization of phosphogypsum treatment by sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB)
针对磷石膏堆存污染难题,依托硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)开展资源化处理研究,以Postgate B培养基驯化菌种,探究接种量、pH、磷石膏投加量对硫酸盐还原效果的影响,利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)表征物料物相及组分变化;在接种量15%、pH=6.0、磷石膏20 g/L时,硫酸盐还原效率达41.2%,氟、五氧化二磷去除率76.0%、90.4%。产物pH提升至7.6,物相新增碳酸钙,满足GB/T 23456—2018二级建材标准,该工艺可削减磷石膏环境风险,具备资源化应用潜力。
To address the environmental pollution caused by phosphogypsum stockpiling,resource treatment of phosphogypsum using sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) was investigated.SRB strains were domesticated in Postgate B medium.The effects of inoculation amount,initial pH,and phosphogypsum dosage on sulfate reduction efficiency were explored,and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were adopted to characterize the phase and component evolution of the materials.Under the optimal conditions of 15% inoculation volume fraction,pH 6.0,and phosphogypsum dosage of 20 g/L,the sulfate reduction efficiency reached 41.2%,and the removal rates of fluorine and phosphorus pentoxide were 76.0% and 90.4%,respectively.The pH of treated products increased to 7.6 with calcium carbonate newly formed in mineral phases,which meets the Grade II building material standard GB/T 23456—2018.This process effectively reduces the environmental risks of phosphogypsum and has great potential for resource utilization.
