一次电沉积法制备NiCoSe2电极材料及其性能研究
Preparation of NiCoSe2 electrode material by one-step electrodeposition and its performance study
通过一次电沉积法制备NiCoSe2电极材料,系统研究了反应物浓度对其晶体结构、微观形貌及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:NiCoSe2样品呈纳米球聚集的带状结构,具备较高比表面积。以该NiCoSe2材料为正极,组装的NCS2混合型超级电容器在1 A/g电流密度下比电容为171.8 F/g,循环3 000次后电容保持率为86%,表现出良好的电化学性能和循环稳定性。
NiCoSe2 electrode materials were prepared via a one-step electrodeposition method,and the effects of reactant concentration on their crystal structure,microstructure,and electrochemical performance were systematically investigated.The results show that the NiCoSe2 samples exhibit a ribbon-like structure composed of aggregated nanospheres,providing a high specific surface area.Using this NiCoSe2 material as the positive electrode,the assembled NCS2 hybrid supercapacitor delivers a specific capacitance of 171.8 F/g at a current density of 1 A/g and retains 86% of its capacitance after 3 000 cycles,demonstrating good electrochemical performance and cycling stability.
