洗油中芴高效转化为9-芴酮的研究进展
Research progress in the efficient conversion of fluorene to 9-fluorenone in wash oil
针对芴在转化过程中反应与分离2个核心环节进行了系统总结。详细介绍了芴气相氧化和液相氧化2种反应体系的原理与特点,分析了不同催化剂和反应条件对芴转化率及9-芴酮收率的影响;对比评述了9-芴酮的主要分离方法,包括精馏、结晶以及复合法的技术路径及优缺点。针对洗油中芴含量低、组分复杂以及传统“提纯-反应-分离”流程存在的效率低等瓶颈问题,进一步提出了“原位反应-分离”一体化的新工艺思路,为实现芴的高效、绿色转化提供了思路借鉴,并对未来研究重点做出了展望。
The reaction and separation of fluorene in the conversion process were systematically summarized.The principles and characteristics of the two reaction systems of gas-phase oxidation and liquid-phase oxidation of fluorene were introduced in detail.The effects of different catalysts and reaction conditions on the conversion of fluorene and the yield of 9-fluorenone were analyzed;The main separation methods of 9-fluorenone,including distillation,crystallization and compound method,were reviewed and compared.Aiming at the bottleneck problems of low content of fluorene in wash oil,complex components and low efficiency of the traditional “purification-reaction-separation” process,a novel integrated process concept of “in situ reaction-separation” was further proposed,which provided a reference for realizing the efficient and green transformation of fluorene,and the future research focus was prospected.
