MCM-22负载硅钨酸催化苯胺甲醛缩合生成4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷
4,4'-Diaminodiphenylmethane synthesis via the condensation of aniline and formaldehyde catalyzed by silicotungstic acid supported on MCM-22
利用等体积浸渍法制备了MCM-22负载硅钨酸催化剂,通过粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附(BET)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)、吡啶红外(Py-FTIR)测试方法对合成的催化剂进行了表征。在苯胺和甲醛缩合制备4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)反应中考察了硅钨酸负载量和工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明MCM-22负载硅钨酸较佳的负载量为质量分数20%;在反应温度为110℃、反应时间为6 h、原料比n(苯胺)∶n(甲醛)=6∶1、催化剂用量w(cat.)∶w(甲醛)=7∶10下,MDA产率为89.4%,选择性为84.3%;催化剂中的高密度Brønsted酸位有利于4,4'-MDA的高选择性。
The silicotungstic acid supported on MCM-22 catalyst was synthesized via equivalent-volume impregnation,followed by characterization using X-ray diffraction (XRD),N2 adsorption-desorption (BET),temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia (NH3-TPD),and pyridine-adsorbed infrared spectroscopy (Py-FTIR).The effects of silicotungstic acid loading and reaction conditions on the condensation reaction of aniline and formaldehyde for the synthesis of 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (MDA) were systematically investigated.The results demonstrated that the optimal silicotungstic acid loading on MCM-22 was 20 %.Under the reaction conditions of 110℃,6 h,an aniline-to-formaldehyde molar ratio of 6∶1,and a catalyst-to-formaldehyde weight ratio of 7∶10,the MDA yield reached 89.4% and selectivity of 84.3%.The high-density Brønsted acid sites in the catalyst were found to promote high selectivity toward 4,4'-MDA.
