Recent advances in Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts for dry reforming of methane
综合近期多项相关研究,通过与单金属Ni、Co基催化剂对比,系统阐述了Ni-Co双金属催化剂在甲烷干重整反应中的研究进展,涵盖活性组分、载体、助剂、制备方法等对DRM反应性能的影响。揭示了Ni-Co双金属催化剂中合金相与Ni/Co比例对金属颗粒尺寸及分布的影响规律,阐明了金属-载体相互作用的调控机制以及积碳种类的变化机理。最后从传统热催化中催化剂及反应器优化与工艺的升级到新型光电与等离子体辅助催化DRM,对未来的发展方向进行了展望,旨在为开发高性能的甲烷干重整催化剂提供参考。
This review integrates findings from numerous recent studies to systematically elaborate on the research progress of Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts in dry reforming methane (DRM) in comparison with monometallic Ni and Co-based catalysts.The effects of active components,supports,promoters,and preparation methods on DRM performance are reviewed.The influences of the alloy phase and Ni/Co ratio in Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts on metal particle size and distribution are revealed.The modulation of metal-support interactions and the evolution mechanism of carbon deposition are also discussed.Furthermore,future research directions are outlooked,ranging from catalyst and reactor optimization as well as process upgrades in conventional thermal catalysis to novel photo-/electro- and plasma-assisted catalytic strategies.This review aims to provide valuable insights for the development of high-performance catalysts for dry reforming of methane.
