硫化物固态电解质因具有较高的离子电导率和机械柔韧性等优点,成为固态电池的优选方案。但其产业化仍面临空气稳定性差、界面阻抗高、合成工艺复杂等挑战。通过对硫化物固态电解质专利公开数据进行检索和系统分析,总结该领域专利申请情况,探讨相关技术的发展现状及趋势。硫化物固态电解质的研究经历了缓慢发展期和快速发展期,相关专利申请以企业为主,研究的重点方向是制备方法、复合电解质和改性方法等,国外企业已开始在中国布局相关专利。企业和相关研究机构应密切关注硫化物固态电解质技术的发展趋势和重点方向来优化研发路径,加强技术核心竞争力,推动我国固态电池产业高质量创新发展。
Thanks to advantages such as high ionic conductivity and favorable mechanical flexibility,sulfide solid-state electrolytes have emerged as a preferred candidate for solid-state batteries.Nevertheless,their industrialization still faces multiple challenges including poor air stability,high interfacial impedance,and complicated synthesis processes.Based on the retrieval and systematic analysis of published patent data related to sulfide solid-state electrolytes,this paper summarizes the patent filing landscape in this field and discusses the current development status and trends of relevant technologies.Research on sulfide solid-state electrolytes has gone through a slow development stage followed by a rapid growth stage.Enterprises constitute the main applicants of relevant patents,with research focuses covering preparation methods,composite electrolytes,modification approaches and other related directions.Foreign enterprises have begun to file relevant patent layouts in China.Enterprises and research institutions should closely track the development trends and key research priorities of sulfide solid-state electrolyte technologies to optimize research and development routes,strengthen core technological competitiveness,and advance high-quality innovative development of China’s solid-state battery industry.
