聚苯胺修饰Pd/Al2O3催化剂制备及催化蒽醌加氢反应性能

聚苯胺修饰Pd/Al2O3催化剂制备及催化蒽醌加氢反应性能
Preparation of polyaniline-modified Pd/Al2O3 catalyst and catalytic performance in anthraquinone hydrogenation reaction
采用苯胺原位氧化聚合反应在氧化铝载体小球表面修饰聚苯胺,并通过浸渍法负载金属活性组分钯后制备得到Pd/PANI-Al2O3催化剂。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸附-脱附、高角环形暗场-扫描透射电子显微镜(STEM-HAADF)、CO脉冲吸附和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表征手段,对比研究了聚苯胺修饰前后氧化铝载体及催化剂性质,并对催化剂催化蒽醌加氢反应性能进行了研究。结果表明,聚苯胺-氧化铝复合载体的晶相结构与氧化铝保持一致,其比表面积、孔容以及平均孔径均有所降低;Pd/PANI-Al2O3催化剂中金属钯颗粒大小均匀且粒径分布集中,平均粒径为3.14 nm;聚苯胺增强了与Pd2+物种间的相互作用,显著提高了金属钯分散度;在相同的氢耗下,Pd/PANI-Al2O3催化剂较常规Pd/Al2O3催化剂具有更高的氢效。
The polyaniline was modified on the surface of Al2O3 pellets through in-situ oxidation polymerization reaction,and the metal active component palladium was loaded by impregnation method to prepare Pd/PANI-Al2O3 catalyst.The supports and catalysts before and after polyaniline modification were characterized by XRD,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,STEM-HAADF,CO pulse adsorption and XPS.The catalytic performance of the Pd/PANI-Al2O3 catalyst in the hydrogenation of anthraquinone was investigated.The results indicated that the polyaniline-alumina composite support retained the same crystalline phase structure as the pure alumina,while its specific surface area,pore volume and average pore diameter were all reduced.The palladium particles in the Pd/PANI-Al2O3 catalyst were uniform in size and the particle size distribution was concentrated,with an average particle size of 3.14 nm.The presence of polyaniline enhanced the interaction with Pd2+ species,significantly improving the dispersion of palladium.Under the same hydrogen consumption,the Pd/PANI-Al2O3 catalyst had a higher hydrogen efficiency than the conventional Pd/Al2O3 catalyst.
