固定床反应器上2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二酮连续催化加氢实验研究

Experimental study on continuous catalytic hydrogenation of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanedione in a fixed-bed reactor
2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇(CBDO)是一种具有广泛应用前景的化学中间体,其主要用于合成高性能的聚酯产品,也可合成医药中间体、绿色环保材料、涂料和粘合剂等。通过采用固定床反应器,以Ru/Al2O3为催化剂,考察了不同反应条件下的2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二酮(TMCB)加氢效果,详细考察了催化剂制备条件、反应温度、反应压力以及氢酮摩尔比等因素对TMCB加氢效果的影响。实验结果表明,在催化加氢反应的过程中,Ru基贵金属催化剂展示了优异的性能。在反应温度为70℃、反应压力为4.0 MPa、质量空速为1.0 h-1、氢酮摩尔比为400∶1时,TMCB的转化率为99.72%,CBDO收率达到96.16%。
2,2,4,4-Tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanediol (CBDO) is a chemical intermediate with broad application prospects.It is mainly used in the synthesis of high-performance polyester products and can also be used to synthesize pharmaceutical intermediates,green environmental protection materials,coatings and adhesives,etc.By using a fixed-bed reactor and Ru/Al2O3 as the catalyst,the hydrogenation effect of 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutanedione (TMCB) under different reaction conditions was investigated.The effects of catalyst preparation conditions,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,and hydrogen-to-ketone molar ratio on the hydrogenation effect of TMCB were examined in detail.The experimental results show that in the catalytic hydrogenation reaction process,the Ru-based noble metal catalyst demonstrated excellent performance.At a reaction temperature of 70℃,a reaction pressure of 4.0 MPa,a mass space velocity of 1.0 h-1,and a hydrogen-to-ketone molar ratio of 400∶1,the conversion rate of TMCB was 99.72%,and the yield of CBDO reached 96.16%.
