耐蠕变聚丙烯研究进展
Research progress on creep-resistant polypropylene
介绍了高分子材料的蠕变过程及其影响因素,指出每个阶段材料发生的变化。详细分析了物理改性、化学改性及加工工艺改进等手段对PP耐蠕变性能的提高及其内在机理。分析发现,纳米填料、添加成核剂、交联改性等是提升PP耐蠕变性能的主流策略,主要通过抑制分子链滑移得以实现。未来耐蠕变PP的发展需聚焦共混、共聚、晶型调控及加工应用条件的综合优化,多策略协同将成为引领性的研究趋势。
This paper first introduces the creep behavior of polymer and its influencing factors,and points out the changes that occur at each stage.It also conducts a detailed analysis of the improvement of the creep resistance of PP by means of physical modification,chemical modification and processing technology improvement and the reasons for this.Through analysis,it is found that the mainstream strategies for improving the creep resistance of PP include nano-filling,addition of nucleating agents,and cross-linking modification,which are mainly achieved by suppressing the slippage of molecular chains.In the future,the development of creep-resistant PP needs to focus on the comprehensive optimization of blending,copolymerization,crystal form and processing conditions.The synergy of multiple strategies will become the leading research trend.
