蒽醌法酸碱交替固定床过氧化氢工艺升级改造关键问题梳理
Key issues in the upgrade of anthraquinone-based acid-base alternating fixed-bed H2O2 process
蒽醌法酸碱交替固定床过氧化氢工艺因存在固有的安全风险,目前面临淘汰或进行升级改造的问题,但由于对现有工艺的基础理论研究不足,造成改造思路较为局限。总结该工艺的突出风险、碱洗的风险及碱性环境加速分解过氧化氢的机理、降解物的成分及降解物的再生、工作液的研究进展、过氧化氢生产新工艺等关键问题,并对下一步的研究思路进行展望,可为过氧化氢生产行业的升级改造以及高效、绿色新工艺的开发提供借鉴。
Anthraquinone-based acid-base alternating fixed-bed H2O2 process faces phase-out or mandatory upgrades due to inherent safety risks.However,due to the insufficient research on the basic theories of this process,the current improvement ideas are relatively limited.We systematically summarized critical issues including prominent process risks,hazards associated with alkali washing and the mechanistic pathways of H2O2 accelerated decomposition in alkaline environments,composition analysis and regeneration of degradation byproducts,recent advancements in working fluid formulations,and emerging alternative H2O2 production technologies.Furthermore,we provide perspectives on future research directions,offering valuable references for the industry’s transition toward upgraded,high-efficiency,and environmentally sustainable hydrogen peroxide production systems.
