花生衣衍生的氮掺杂碳催化剂用于高效电化学二氧化碳还原为一氧化碳
A peanut skin derived nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst for efficient electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction to carbon monoxide
采用水热-高温热解的方法制备了一种花生衣衍生的氮掺杂碳催化剂(NAC-NH3,N,A,C和NH3分别代表二氰二胺,无水氯化钙,碳基质和氨气),用于电化学二氧化碳还原反应(ECO2RR)。结果表明,NAC-NH3具有高吡啶氮含量、高比表面积和理想的多孔结构,有效地将二氧化碳(CO2)转化为一氧化碳(CO),在-0.6 V下,CO的法拉第效率高达95.7%,CO的部分电流密度为-5.6 mA/cm2。此外,在20 h的ECO2RR过程中,NAC-NH3催化剂表现出良好的稳定性。
A peanut skin derived nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst (NAC-NH3,N,A,C and NH3 represent dicyandiamide,calcium chloride anhydrous,carbon matrix and ammonia,respectively) was prepared via a hydrothermal-high temperature pyrolysis method,and applied to electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction (ECO2RR).The results showed that NAC-NH3 had high pyridinic nitrogen content,high specific surface area and ideal porous structure,which effectively converted carbon dioxide (CO2) to carbon monoxide (CO).The Faradaic efficiency of CO reached 95.7%,with a corresponding partial current density of -5.6 mA/cm2 at -0.6 V.In addition,the NAC-NH3 catalyst exhibited good stability during the ECO2RR process for 20 h.
