高性能炭分子筛膜(CMSMs)因独特的孔结构和优异的气体分离性能,在气体分离领域展现出巨大潜力。然而,老化问题导致膜的气体分离性能和稳定性降低,制约了其工业化应用。介绍了老化对膜结构和性能的影响,阐明了CMSMs的老化机理,综述了现有的抗老化和再生策略,对开发抗老化CMSMs材料、优化膜分离工艺做出展望,旨在改善CMSMs的老化问题,以推动其在气体分离领域的规模化应用。
High-performance carbon molecular sieve membranes (CMSMs) exhibit significant potential in the field of gas separation due to their unique pore structure and excellent gas separation performance.However,aging issues lead to a decline in the gas separation performance and stability of the membranes,limiting their industrial application.This study introduces the impact of aging on membrane structure and performance,elucidates the aging mechanisms of CMSMs,and reviews existing anti-aging and regeneration strategies.Furthermore,it provides an outlook on the development of anti-aging CMSMs materials and the optimization of membrane separation processes.The aim is to address the aging issues of CMSMs and promote their large-scale application in gas separation.
