用于二氧化碳捕集的混合胺溶液研究进展
Research progress in mixed amine solutions for CO2 capture
综述了用于二氧化碳捕集的混合胺溶液研究进展,包括CO2捕集技术分类,重点阐述相变体系捕集CO2现状,如有机胺相变体系(传统与新型有机胺)、离子液体相变体系,分析各体系优缺点并阐明分相机理。相变体系可降低再生能耗但也面临一些挑战,离子液体体系有良好应用前景但存在黏度高、合成复杂和成本高问题,相变机理涉及热致相变、盐析效应、产物亲水性和氢键作用等多种因素。
In this paper,the research progress of mixed amine solutions for CO2 capture is reviewed,including the classification of CO2 capture technologies.The current situation of CO2 capture in phase change systems,such as organic amine phase change systems (traditional and new organic amines) and ionic liquid phase change systems,is highlighted.The advantages and disadvantages of each system are analyzed and the phase separation mechanism is expounded.The phase change system can reduce the renewable energy consumption,but it also faces some challenges.The ionic liquid system has a good application prospect,but there are problems such as high viscosity,complex synthesis and high cost.The phase change mechanism involves many factors such as thermal phase change,salt-out effect,product hydrophilicity and hydrogen bonding.
