全氟聚醚合成工艺及性能分析
Synthetic process for perfluoropolyether and analysis on its performance
介绍了Y型、Z型、K型和D型4种全氟聚醚(PFPE)的合成工艺,包括光氧化聚合和阴离子聚合,并简述了2种工艺涉及的反应机理。由于4种PFPE的聚合单体和合成工艺不同,使其分子结构和理化特性存在差异,分别选取了155±5 cSt和265±15 cSt 2种牌号的PFPE,对比了每种PFPE的平均分子质量、密度、运动黏度、黏度指数和表面张力,并深入地分析了4种结构类型PFPE的理化特性,为不同工况下PFPE的选择提供了理论依据和技术支持。最后对PFPE聚合物的未来发展进行展望,为PFPE聚合物的研究提供了思路。
The synthesis processes for four types of perfluoropolyether (PFPE),namely Y-type,Z-type,K-type,and D-type,are introduced,with focus on photo-oxidative polymerization process and anionic polymerization process.The reaction mechanism involved in these two processes are briefly explained.Variations in polymerization monomers and synthesis procedures for these four types of PFPE result in differences in their molecular structure and physicochemical properties.PFPE with specific kinematic viscosity of 155±5 cSt and 265±15 cSt,respectively at 20℃ are selected for each type of PFPE,and their average molecular weight,density,kinematic viscosity,viscosity index,and surface tensions are compared.A comprehensive analysis on the physicochemical characteristics of these four types of PFPE is provided,offering a theoretical foundation and technical guidance for selecting the appropriate PFPE for various working conditions.Finally,the development prospects of PFPE polymers in the future are discussed,offering valuable insights and directions for the corresponding research.
