砂岩油藏微纳米封堵剂的制备及封堵性能评价
Preparation and plugging performance evaluation of micro-nano plugging agent for sandstone reservoir
为提升无机纳米材料在化学堵水体系中的应用前景,以二氧化硅、矿物油、非离子表面活性剂为原料,采用机械乳化法制备了含纳米二氧化硅水包油型乳液。使用红外光谱、扫描电镜、界面参数一体测量系统等分析手段进行表征,并通过岩心驱替实验考察乳液的选择性封堵性能。实验结果表明,乳液堵水率最高可达95%、最低达91%;堵油率14.6%,具有良好的选择性堵水性能。
To enhance the application prospect of inorganic nano-materials in chemical plugging system,a oil-in-water type nanometer silica-containing emulsion is prepared via mechanical emulsification method by using silica,mineral oil,and non-ionic surfactant as raw materials.The prepared emulsion is characterized by means of various analytical techniques,including infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and interface parameter measurement system.Its selective plugging performance is evaluated through core flooding experiments.Experimental results show that the water-plugging rate of the emulsion can reach up to 95%,and reach 91% at least while the oil plugging rate is 14.6%,presenting a good selective plugging performance.
