酯交换法合成碳酸二甲酯的工艺优化与节能研究
Optimization and energy-saving study of transesterification-route dimethyl carbonate synthesis process
提出了一种用新型催化剂(DMC-C)酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯(DMC)的工艺。首先对DMC-C催化剂的催化性能进行了动力学实验研究,并对DMC-C催化剂酯交换合成碳酸二甲酯的工艺进行了实验研究,以确定工艺的可行性;然后对工艺进行流程模拟和优化设计,考察了回流比和进料位置等对碳酸丙烯酯(PC)转化率和塔顶碳酸二甲酯质量分数的影响,得出优化后的各操作参数;在此条件下引入热泵耦合技术进一步降低了能耗和成本,为碳酸二甲酯的高效节能生产提供了新途径。
A novel process is proposed for the synthesis of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) via transesterification process using a new catalyst (DMC-C).Firstly,the catalytic performance of DMC-C is studied through kinetic experiments.The feasibility of the process for DMC synthesis via transesterification with DMC-C catalyst is verified experimentally.Subsequently,process simulation and optimization are carried out to examine the influence of operation parameters such as reflux ratio and feed location on the conversion of propylene carbonate (PC) and the mass fraction of DMC at the top of the column.The optimal operation conditions are determined according to the simulation results.Furthermore,a heat pump is integrated into the optimized process to reduce energy consumption and cost.This study provides a new approach for the efficient and energy-saving production of DMC.
