To explore the influences of biochar-immobilized heterotrophic nitrification-aerobic denitrification bacteria on the emissions of low concentration nitrate-contained nitrogen (about 10 mg·L-1) in the tailwater of sewage plant and high concentration ammoniacal nitrogen (about 100 mg·L-1) N2O in black and odorous water,microbial immobilized body is prepared by the embedding method.Results show that under aerobic conditions,biochar-based microbial immobilized body promotes the denitrification removal of -N,and the average removal rates of -N are 0.163,0.249 and 0.326 mg/(L·h) when C/N is 4,6 and 8,respectively in the 0-24 hours period.The immobilized body has a good removal effect on the high concentration -N (100 mg·L-1) in the simulated black odorous water,and the average removal rate in the first 12 h is 5.013 mg/(L·h).The removal of contaminants by the immobilized body conforms to the first-order kinetic model.
