Deep eutectic solvents for high-efficient CO2 absorption and performance study
As the global CO2 emission continues to surge daily,exerting significant pressure on the environment.A hydrophilic deep eutectic solvent (DES),capable of highly efficient CO2 absorption,is synthesized via one-step method to address this challenge.Characterization techniques such as liquid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared spectroscopy are utilized to explore the mechanism of the prepared DES in absorbing CO2.Concurrently,the influences of the related physicochemical parameters and various factors on the absorption performance of the prepared DES for CO2 are determined and discussed.The findings demonstrate that the maximum CO2 absorption capacity obtained is 0.339 7 g CO2/g DES under a controlled absorption time of 60 minutes,a temperature of 30℃ a gas flow rate of 20 L·h-1,and a molar ratio of 1∶6.
