C3N4/CDs/4A分子筛凝胶成型工艺研究
Study on C3N4/CDs/4A molecular sieve gel forming process
采用海藻酸钠与钙离子凝胶体系探索C3N4/CDs/4A分子筛的成型工艺。研究发现,浆料通过内径为1.2 mm和 1.6 mm的针头滴入质量分数为3%的氯化钙溶液中时,颗粒呈良好球形。海藻酸钠质量分数为1%、C3N4/CDs/4A分子筛质量分数为10%时,成型颗粒对亚甲基蓝吸附率最高。在浆料中加入高岭土可增强成型颗粒机械强度但吸附能力降低,高岭土含量为7%时颗粒循环使用4次仍有81.1%的吸附率。
Powdered materials have drawbacks in adsorption of industrial dyes,such as low strength,difficulty in regeneration,and easy equipment blockage.To further promote the industrial application of C3N4/CDs/4A molecular sieve that is a high-efficiency dye adsorbent,the forming process for C3N4/CDs/4A molecular sieve is explored through using sodium alginate and calcium ion gel system.Study indicates that the particles obtained exhibits a good spherical shape when the slurry is dripped into a 3% calcium chloride solution through needles with an inner diameter of 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm.The highest adsorption rate for methylene blue can be achieved by the particles formed under the conditions that the mass concentration of sodium alginate is 1% and the concentration of C3N4/CDs/4A molecular sieve is 10%.Adding kaolin to the slurry can enhance the mechanical strength of the formed particles but reduce their adsorption capacity.The particles containing 7% of kaolin still maintain an adsorption rate of 81.1% after four cycles of use.
