对二氧环己酮(PDO)是合成高分子聚对二氧环己酮(PPDO)的单体材料,其纯度决定了PPDO的分子量分布,影响其物理机械性能和化学稳定性。PDO提纯精制是下游聚合物工业合成中至关重要的一步。对粗PDO提纯常用的结晶和蒸馏等方法进行了系统全面的阐述,讨论了β-羟基乙氧基乙酸盐路线的各反应步骤的提纯方法,详细分析了各种方法的优缺点,为未来PDO大规模精制工艺的开发与实施提供科学与技术依据。
p-Dioxanone (PDO) is a monomer for the synthesis of polyp-dioxanone (PPDO).The purity of PDO determines the molecular weight distribution of PPDO,and further affects the physical mechanical properties and chemical stability of PPDO.The purification of crude p-dioxanone made via the diethylene glycol route is systematically and comprehensively expounded,focusing on commonly used methods such as crystallization and distillation.Additionally,the purification methods for each reaction step in the β-hydroxyethoxyacetate route are examined in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of various methods are thoroughly analyzed,providing scientific and technological foundations for the development and implementation of large-scale PDO purification process in the future.
