摘要

碳化硅多孔陶瓷凭借抗热震、耐高温、耐腐蚀、过滤精度高、机械强度大、抗冲刷性能好等特点,成为高温气体过滤材料的潜力之星。基于常用高温气固分离膜结构形式,即单管式膜和多孔蜂窝陶瓷,从膜材料制备到应用情况分析描述了碳化硅多孔陶瓷的研究现状;介绍了国内碳化硅多孔陶瓷产业化情况,分析了目前产品的工业应用情况。

Abstract

Porous silicon carbide ceramics,with their resistance to thermal shock,high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance,high filtration accuracy,large mechanical strength,and good scour resistance,have become a potential star in high-temperature gas filtration materials.The research status of porous silicon carbide ceramics is analyzed and described from the preparation and application of membrane materials based on the commonly used high temperature gas-solid separation membrane structure,namely single tube membrane and porous honeycomb ceramics.Finally,China’s industrialization of porous silicon carbide ceramics is introduced,and the current industrial application of the product is analyzed.
