Several effective strategies for enhancing the stability of heterogeneous electro-Fenton catalytic materials are summarized,including surface modification,spatial confinement,support modification,heteroatom doping,single atom catalysis,and valence cycling.The functional mechanism and application potential of these methods in improving catalytic activity and durability are emphatically analyzed,and the future development of the technology is prospected.
