高熵层状氢氧化物纳米片的制备及电催化氮气还原合成氨的研究
Preparation of high-entropy layered hydroxides nano-sheets for electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction to synthesize ammonia
层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)因低电导率和较少反应活性位点等缺点,在实际应用中受到限制。为拓宽其在电化学氮还原反应(eNRR)合成氨领域的应用,将高熵材料设计理念引入LDHs体系,采用胶体法合成策略成功制备了高熵层状氢氧化物(HELHs)纳米片,这种多元素协同效应显著优化了催化剂的活性位点分布与电子结构特性。实验结果表明,该非贵金属HELHs催化剂在碱性电解质中表现出优异的催化性能,在-0.6 V(vs.RHE)电位下,NH3的产生速率为13.00 μg/(h·cm2)。
Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) practical application in this field has been constrained by inherent limitations such as low electrical conductivity and insufficient active sites.To broaden their application in electrochemical nitrogen reduction (eNRR) for ammonia synthesis,a high-entropy material design concept is introduced into LDHs system,enabling the synthesis of high-entropy layered hydroxides (HELHs) nanosheets via a colloidal-based synthesis strategy.This multi-element synergistic effects within these HELHs optimizes significantly the active sites distribution and electronic structure characterisitics of the catalyst.Experimental results demonstrate that this non-noble metal HELHs catalyst exhibits remarkable catalytic performance in alkaline electrolytes,achieving an NH3 production rate of 13.00 μg/(h·cm2) at a potential of -0.6 V (relative to the reversible hydrogen electrode).
