Fe掺杂碳化钼催化RWGS反应性能研究
Study on catalytic performance of Fe-doped molybdenum carbide in RWGS reaction
通过使用蔗糖和钼酸铵为原料,提出了一种一步法合成Fe修饰的α-MoC催化剂,该催化剂用于CO2加氢制CO,Fe掺杂显著提高了α-MoC的催化活性。研究表明,5Fe/α-MoC催化剂在反应温度为600℃、压力0.1 MPa、H2/CO2摩尔比为 3∶1、空速为180 000 mL/(g·h)时,CO2转化速率达到956 mmol/(g·h),CO选择性在所有温度下均保持96%以上,相比纯α-MoC,CO2转化率提高了14%。通过XRD、XPS、BET、SEM和HRTEM等表征手段系统地研究了Fe掺杂对催化剂物化性质及催化性能的影响。
A one-step method is developed to synthesize Fe-modified α-MoC catalysts by using sucrose and ammonium molybdate as precursors.As the modified catalysts are served for CO2 hydrogenation to CO,it can be found that Fe doping enhances the catalytic activity of α-MoC significantly.Study indicates that the conversion rate of CO2 reaches 956 mmol/(g·h) over 5Fe/α-MoC catalyst under 600℃,0.1 MPa,a H2/CO2 molar ratio of 3∶1,and a GHSV of 180 000 mL/(g·h).The selectivity of CO always exceeds 96% under all experimental temperatures,showing a 14% higher than that over pure α-MoC.The influences of Fe doping on the catalyst’s physicochemical properties and catalytic performance are systematically studied by mean of XRD,XPS,BET,SEM,and HRTEM.
