退役锂离子电池正极材料回收再生工艺研究进展
Research progress on recycling and regeneration technology for cathode materials in spent lithium-ion batteries
针对逐年增加的退役锂离子电池,回收相关的研究逐年增长。为了提高回收效率,减少环境污染,开发高效清洁的回收再生工艺至关重要。从火法回收与湿法回收工艺的角度,综述了目前主流的4种锂离子电池正极材料回收再生的工艺。从回收可行性、回收经济效益等方面,对4种不同种类的锂离子电池回收再生工艺进行评价及总结。
In response to the annually increasing amount of spent lithium-ion batteries,the research related to recycling spent lithium-ion batteries has been growing year by year.In order to improve the recycling efficiency and reduce environmental pollution,it is crucial to develop an efficient,clean recycling-reclamation process.Four kinds of mainstream lithium-ion battery cathode material recycling-regeneration processes are reviewed from the perspectives of thermal recycling and wet recycling,and evaluated and summarized from the aspects of recycling feasibility,recycling economic benefits,etc.
