有机固废制备固体回收燃料工艺技术现状与展望
Status and prospects of process and technology for preparation of solid recovered fuel from solid organic waste
基于文献调研和项目实地调研,对SRF制备工艺技术展开全面综述。介绍了机械处理工艺、机械-生物处理工艺、最大能量化工艺等不同固体回收燃料(SRF)制备工艺的流程与特点,阐述了破碎、分选、干化和成型等SRF制备技术的研究进展,总结SRF制备工艺技术发展方向为多技术协同增效、多源有机固废协同处理、设备结构优化和智能化以及新技术深入应用等。旨在促进有机固废能源化、资源化利用,提升SRF制备的综合效益与技术水平,为相关领域发展提供参考与借鉴。
Based on literature research and field investigation,the preparation technologies for solid recovered fuels (SRF) are comprehensively reviewed.The process and characteristics of various SRF preparation technologies,such as mechanical treatment,mechanical-biological treatment,and maximum energy recovery processes,are introduced.The research progress in SRF preparation technologies like crushing,sorting,drying,and molding is expounded.It is summarized that the development directions of SRF preparation technologies could be multi-technology synergistic efficiency,co-treatment of multiple sources of solid organic waste,optimization and intelligence of equipment structure,as well as the deep application of novel technologies.This account aims to promote to utilize solid organic waste as energy and resource,improve the overall benefit and technical level of SRF preparation,and provide reference and guidance for the development of related fields.
