固体回收燃料国际标准研究与展望
Research and prospect of international standards for solid recovered fuel
随着循环经济与节能降碳理念的深入践行,固体回收燃料(SRF)的制备及应用在全球范围内引发广泛关注。然而SRF国际标准化工作起步较晚,其标准体系与内容仍需完善。通过系统梳理国际SRF标准化工作进程和对比相关标准体系,推测ISO未来将基于水泥窑、垃圾焚烧厂等特定应用场景需求制定新标准,补充关于粒度分布、机械强度、灰渣熔融性、燃烧特性等性能的标准,引入新兴分析技术完善SRF检测方法,并将标准化工作拓展到SRF热转化领域。
With the deepening implementation of circular economy and carbon dioxide emission reduction concepts,the preparation and application of Solid Recovered Fuels (SRF) have garnered global extensive attention.However,the international standardization work for SRF started relatively late,and its standard system and content still need to be improved.Through systematically reviewing the progress of international SRF standardization work and comparing relevant standard systems,it is speculated that ISO will,in the future,formulate new standards based on the specific application scenario requirements from cement kilns,waste incineration plants,etc.,supplement the standards on physical properties such as particle size distribution,mechanical strength,ash slag fusibility,and combustion characteristics,import the emerging analytical technologies to improve SRF detection methods,and expand the standardization work to the field of SRF thermal conversion.
