Cu/SiO2催化二甘醇脱氢制备对二氧环己酮
Cu/SiO2-catalyzed dehydrogenation of diethylene glycol to p-dioxanone
A series of Cu/SiO2 catalysts with different Cu contents are prepared via urea-assisted precipitation method,and well characterized by means of multiple techniques including N2 physical adsorption,XRD,and H2-TPR.Single variable method is employed to optimize the composition of Cu/SiO2 catalysts and the reaction conditions for the liquid-phase catalytic dehydrogenation of diethylene glycol (DEG) to p-dioxanone (PDO) over Cu/SiO2 catalysts.Results indicate that the optimal Cu content in Cu/SiO2 is 18.2%,and 1,4-dioxane is the preferred reaction solvent.DEG conversion and PDO selectivity are as high as 94.4% and 99.0%,respectively over the Cu/SiO2 with a Cu content of 18.2% under the optimized conditions including 250℃,0.1 MPa H2,1 mol/L DEG in 1,4-dioxane,and 4 h of reaction.Besides,the prepared Cu/SiO2 catalyst exhibits a desirable stability in the dehydrogenation of DEG to PDO without observable leaching of active contents.
