综述了机械酶催化的原理反应方式和应用领域,重点关注其在农业废弃物转化中的应用。探讨了机械酶催化与其他农业废弃物处理方法相比较的优势。通过介绍几种常见的农业废弃物,探讨了机械酶催化在这些废弃物中的应用潜力及介绍机械酶催化处理农业废弃物所生产的高附加值产品。通过评估机械酶催化处理农业废弃物生产高附加值产品的优势和局限性,提出未来研究的方向和展望。
The principle,reaction mode and application field of mechanical enzyme catalysis are reviewed,focusing on its application in agricultural waste conversion.The advantages of mechanical enzyme catalysis are found out through comparing with other agricultural waste treatment methods.By introducing several kinds of common agricultural waste,the application potential of mechanical enzyme catalysis in treating with these kinds of waste are explored,and the high value-added products derived in the treatment of agricultural waste by mechanical enzyme catalysis are introduced.The direction and prospect of related research in the future are proposed through evaluating the advantages and limitations of mechanical enzyme catalysis in dealing with agricultural waste to produce high value-added products.
