微反应器内磺化反应研究进展
Research progress on sulfonation reaction in microreactor
从典型磺化剂分类出发,综述了近10年内典型液体均相、气-液两相和液-液两相磺化反应在工艺开发、反应器设计、基础研究和工业放大等领域的研究进展,阐明了微反应器在提高磺化反应效率、可控性和安全性方面的优势,最后总结了微反应器在磺化工艺中的存在问题和发展趋势。
This account classifies sulfonation reaction into three types,including homogeneous liquid phase reaction,gas-liquid two-phase reaction,and liquid-liquid two-phase reaction,by distinguishing different sulfonating reagents,and reviews the research progress in process development,reactor design,fundamental research,and industrial amplification in the past decade.It also elucidates the advantages of microreactors in improving the efficiency,controllability,and safety of sulfonation reaction.Finally,the existing problems and future development trends of sulfonation in microreactors are summarized and discussed.
