2-戊基蒽醌合成优化及性能研究
Research on synthesis and performance of 2-amylanthraquinone
以2-戊基蒽为原料,分子氧作氧化剂,在N-羟基邻苯二甲酰胺(NHPI)/亚硝酸叔丁酯(TBN)的催化体系下高效地制备了2-戊基蒽醌化合物。通过考察催化剂、引发剂、溶剂、压力、温度和时间等影响因素,确定最佳反应条件,以96.5%的收率得到了2-戊基蒽醌。随后测定了2-戊基蒽醌在1,2,4-三甲苯中的溶解度,并用经典热力学方程Apelblat方程、λh方程、Van’t Hoff方程及NRTL方程进行拟合,采用平均相对偏差和均方根偏差来检验模型的准确性,NRTL方程拟合效果最好。最后通过蒽醌法对其生产双氧水的能力进行测试,结果表明2-戊基蒽醌在循环使用5次之后氢效值仍然在10左右。
2-Amylanthraquinone is made from 2-amylanthracene over N-hydroxyphthalamide (NHPI)/tert-butyl nitrite (TBN) catalytic system with molecular oxygen as the oxidant.The influencing factors,such as catalyst,initiator,solvent,pressure,temperature,and reaction time,are evaluated to determine the optimal reaction conditions,under which 2-pentylanthraquinone is obtained at a yield of 96.5%.Meanwhile,the dissolution of 2-amylanthraquinone in 1,2,4-tritylene is determined,and fitted with the classical thermodynamic equations,namely Apelblat equation,λh equation,Van’t Hoff equation,and NRTL equation.Mean relative deviation (ARD%) and root mean square deviation (RMSD) are utilized to verify the accuracy of the model.It is found that NRTL equation presents the best fitting effect.Finally,the hydrogen efficiency of 2-amylanthraquinone in hydrogen peroxide production is tested through the anthraquinone method.Results indicate that the hydrogen efficiency of 2-amylanthraquinone remains approximately 10 after being recycled for 5 times,which holds a promising application prospect.
