微通道反应器内甲苯的硝化反应及芳烃结构与硫酸脱水值关系研究
Study on nitration reaction of toluene in a microchannel reactor and relationship between aromatics structure and sulfuric acid dehydration value
以硝酸-硫酸混酸作硝化剂,在体积为10 mL的微通道反应器内进行了甲苯的硝化反应,探究了停留时间、反应温度、硫酸脱水值对转化率、选择性的影响,以及不同芳烃完全转化所需的硫酸脱水值,并考察了硫酸循环利用的可行性。通过计算芳烃亲核指数,确定其对硫酸脱水值的影响。反应产物的气相色谱分析表明,与常见反应器相比,微通道具有反应速度更快、温度可控、产物选择性提高等优点。
The nitration reaction of toluene is carried out in a microchannel reactor with a volume of 10 mL through using sulfuric acid and nitric acid mixture as the nitration agent,and the impacts of resident time,reaction temperature,and sulfuric acid dehydration value on conversion rate and selectivity are explored.The sulfuric acid dehydration value required for the complete conversion of different aromatics are investigated,and the feasibility of sulfuric acid recycling is examined.The influence of the aromatics nucleophilic index on the dehydration value of sulfuric acid is determined through calculating.It is indicated by gas chromatographic analysis of the reaction products that compared with common reactors,the microchannel reactor has the advantages of faster reaction,controllable temperature,and improved product selectivity.
