我国煤矸石固废高附加值利用研究进展
Research progress on high value-added utilization of coal gangue in China
通过总结分析近年来我国煤矸石的综合利用研究现状,重点对煤矸石在材料改性、合成地质聚合物、沸石和其他多孔硅酸盐材料、陶瓷材料等方面的高附加值利用途径和微观机理进行归纳阐述。通过这些途径,煤矸石首先被研磨、干燥处理,以提高反应活性,随后煤矸石粉末或与其他原料的混合物在激发剂作用下经水热或煅烧处理后被分解为硅、铝等元素单体,最后在不同温度条件下再通过重结晶作用被制备成多种高附加值材料。同时提出,可回收煤矸石高附加值利用过程中溶出的重金属元素,以减少煤矸石综合利用对环境的污染。
This review surveys the latest research situation on the utilization of coal gangue in China,with a specific emphasis on the high value-added utilization of coal gangue in modifying material,synthesizing geopolymer,zeolite and other porous silicate-based materials,as well as preparing ceramic materials.The mechanism involved in these utilization is elaborated.Through these utilization pathways,coal gangue is generally ground evenly and dried to enhance its reactivity.Subsequently,the resulting coal gangue powder or their mixture with other raw materials are treated with activators under hydrothermal or calcined conditions.These treatment leads to the decomposition of coal gangue into elemental monomers,such as silicon and aluminum.Ultimately,these monomers recrystallize to produce various high value-added materials at different temperature.Furthermore,this review suggests that the heavy metal elements released during the high value-added utilization of coal gangue can be recovered to reduce environmental pollution.
