光催化剂Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2的制备及其降解SDBS的性能研究
Preparation of Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2 photocatalyst and its performance for degradation of SDBS
为解决单组分光催化剂反应速度慢、降解率低等问题,通过水热法和传统浸渍法合成Ag、Co负载钛酸锶/二氧化钛(Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2)复合异质结光催化剂。利用SEM、XRD和UV-Vis DRS对催化剂的元素组成、形貌和结构进行表征,研究了Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2复合催化剂降解机理、循环稳定性以及在不同影响因素下SDBS降解率。结果表明,催化剂质量浓度为500 mg/L、反应温度为30℃、pH=7的最佳反应条件下,SDBS降解率为96.68%;Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2对SDBS光催化降解的性能显著增强且具有良好的循环使用能力。
Single-component photocatalyst suffers the problems such as low reaction speed and poor degradation rate.Ag-Co supported strontium titanate/titanium dioxide (Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2) composite heterojunction photocatalysts are synthesized through hydrothermal method and traditional impregnation method.The element composition,morphology and structure of Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2 composite photocatalysts are characterized by means of SEM,XRD and UV-Vis DRS.The degradation mechanism and cycle stability of Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2 composite photocatalysts,as well as the degradation rates of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) over Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2 composite photocatalysts under different influencing factors are studied.Results show that Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2 exhibits a much higher photocatalytic degradation performance to SDBS and better recycling ability than pure SrTiO3 and SrTiO3/TiO2.The degradation rate of SDBS over Ag-Co@SrTiO3/TiO2 reaches 96.68% under the optimal reaction conditions such as 500 mg·L-1 of catalyst dosage,30℃ of reaction temperature and a pH value of 7.
