1,4-环己烷二甲醇制备的实验研究
Experimental study on preparation of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol
采用1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯(DMCD)为原料,经过加氢反应制备1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)。优化了反应温度、反应压力、氢液摩尔比、液体进料空速等反应条件,并考察了酯加氢催化剂的稳定性。结果表明,采用自制Cu基催化剂D3,在反应温度为190~200℃、反应压力为2~3 MPa、氢液摩尔比为200∶1~400∶1、液体进料空速为0.1~0.2 h-1的条件下,DMCD转化率≥99.98%,CHDM选择性≥93.97%,CHDM反式占比≥79.55%;在最优条件下连续运转800 h,催化剂稳定性较好,产品技术指标明显优于国内外同类技术。
1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) is prepared through a hydrogenation reaction by using 1,4-dimethyl cyclohexanedicarboxylate (DMCD) as raw material.The reaction conditions such as temperature,pressure,the molar ratio of hydrogen to DMCD,and the velocity of liquid feed are optimized,and the stability of the catalyst for DMCD hydrogenation is researched.Experimental results show that the conversion rate of DMCD exceeds 99.98%,the selectivity of CHDM exceeds 93.97%,and the proportion of trans-CHDM in the products is more than 79.55% when the self-made Cu based catalyst D3 is adapted,reaction temperature at 190-200℃,reaction pressure at 2-3 MPa,molar ratio of hydrogen to DMCD is 200∶1-400∶1,and liquid feed velocity is 0.1-0.2 h-1.Moreover,the catalyst D3 has operated continuously for 800 hours under the optimal conditions,showing a good stability.Technical indicators of CHDM products are significantly better than those of that made by similar technologies.
