锌基双金属催化剂催化乙酰丙酸加氢性能研究

锌基双金属催化剂催化乙酰丙酸加氢性能研究
Study on catalytic performance of zinc-based bimetallic catalyst for hydrogenation of levulinic acid
通过共沉淀方法制备了3种锌基双金属催化剂Ni/ZnO、Co/ZnO和Cu/ZnO,将其用于催化乙酰丙酸(LA)选择性加氢制备γ-戊内酯(GVL)。结果表明,催化剂活性顺序为: Co/ZnO>Cu/ZnO>Ni/ZnO。表征结果表明,制备得到的3种催化剂均具有类似花状形貌且颗粒尺寸分布均匀。Co/ZnO催化剂的高催化活性主要来自于Co0金属位点、Co0与ZnO间强相互作用以及高的酸性位点含量。当Co/ZnO催化剂质量为100 mg、反应温度为130℃、反应压力为2 MPa H2、反应溶剂为1,4-二氧六环、反应时间为4 h时,LA转化率为100%,GVL收率为95.5%。催化剂循环5次后,活性并未明显降低,展现出了较好的稳定性。
Three kinds of zinc-based bimetallic catalysts,including Ni/ZnO,Co/ZnO and Cu/ZnO,are prepared via a co-precipitation method,and used to catalyze the selective hydrogenation of levulinic acid to produce γ-valerolactone.Results indicate that the catalytic activity sequence is Co/ZnO>Ni/ZnO>Cu/ZnO.Characterization results show that all three kinds of catalysts prepared have flower-like morphology and uniform particle size.The high catalytic activity of Co/ZnO catalysts is primarily attributed to Co0 metal sites,strong interaction between Co0 and ZnO,and high content of acidic sites.The conversion rate of levulinic acid and the yield of γ-valerolactone are 100% and 95.5%,respectively when the dosage of Co/ZnO catalyst is 100 mg,reaction temperature is 130℃,reaction pressure is 2 MPa H2,1,4-dioxane is served as reaction solvent,and the reaction lasts for 4 hours.In addition,after 5 cycles,the activity of the catalyst does not decrease significantly,demonstrating a good stability.
