电子级溴化氢制备及杂质去除技术进展
Progress in preparation and impurity removal technologies for electronic grade hydrogen bromide
介绍了氢气与溴燃烧法、溴化物水解法、溴化钠酸化法等国内外溴化氢制备方法,燃烧法制备溴化氢纯度高,是大规模生产的主要方法。综述了近年来物理吸附法、化学除湿法、膜分离法以及精馏法等杂质去除技术进展,物理吸附法和精馏法工艺简单、除杂效率高,是最主要的杂质去除技术,膜分离法节能方便、最具发展潜力。最后,展望了溴化氢发展趋势。
Global hydrogen bromide preparation methods are introduced,including hydrogen-bromine combustion method,bromides hydrolysis method,sodium bromide acidification method,etc.Hydrogen bromide prepared through the hydrogen-bromine combustion method has high purity,which is the main method for large-scale production.The progress on the impurity removal technologies for hydrogen bromide,such as physical adsorption,chemical dehumidification,membrane separation,and distillation technologies,in recent years is summarized.Both physical adsorption and distillation technologies have simple process,and deliver high removal efficiency,representing the most important impurity removal technologies.Membrane separation technology is energy-saving and convenient,showing the most development potential.Finally,the development trend of hydrogen bromide is predicted.
