过氧乙酸除藻效能与机理研究进展
Advances in efficacy and mechanism of peracetic acid for algal removal
系统综述了过氧乙酸(Peracetic Acid,PAA)去除铜绿微囊藻的研究进展,分析了紫外、热、放电等离子体等不同活化方法对PAA除藻效率的影响;同时从破坏抗氧化系统、细胞膜的通透性和细胞结构方面探讨了PAA对藻细胞的作用机理;最后考察了PAA在除藻过程中协同降解藻源有机物和藻毒素的潜力。基于此,提出了基于PAA的氧化除藻策略与展望,旨在为PAA在除藻中的应用提供理论支持和实践依据。
This review systematically describes the progress in using peracetic acid (PAA) to remove microcystis aeruginosa,and analyzes the impact of various activation methods,including ultraviolet (UV),thermal,and dielectric barrier discharge plasma,on algal removal efficiency.The action mechanism of PAA to algal cells is explored from the aspects such as disrupting antioxidant system,altering the permeability of cell membrane,and affecting cellular structure.Additionally,this review examines PAA’s potential for synergistic degradation of algal-derived organic matters and toxins during the algal removal process.Based on these insights,a strategy and outlook for PAA-based oxidative algal removal are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical and practical guidance for PPA’s application in removing algal.
